These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CallRupee (the "app"), a phone dialer and calling app for Android provided by RareDevelopers ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
CallRupee lets you make and receive calls and manage your call log and contacts, and requires you to set it as your device's default dialer to do so. You must be legally permitted to use a phone dialer app in your jurisdiction and must comply with all applicable laws when placing calls.
Setting CallRupee as your device's default dialer is required to use the app — you'll be prompted to grant this on first launch and periodically if it's ever revoked, and the app remains unusable until it's granted. Additional features (call log, contacts, in-call screen, camera for video calls) require their own Android permissions, which you can grant or revoke individually at any time from Android Settings; doing so may disable the related feature without affecting your ability to use the app as a dialer. CallRupee lets you earn coins for qualifying calls and rewarded videos, at rates we may change at any time. Coins and any cash value shown in the app have no guaranteed monetary worth beyond what is stated in the app at the time of withdrawal.
To withdraw cash, you must provide a valid UPI ID or bank account number and a receiver name. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and paid out manually; we do not guarantee a specific processing time. We may withhold, delay, or reverse coins or cash obtained through fraud, self-calling, multiple accounts, or other abuse of the rewards program.
You must be 18 years or older to use the wallet, coin-earning, or cash withdrawal features of the app.
Rewarded videos may be served via embedded YouTube content (also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service) or as an AdMob rewarded video ad. The reward screen may include an optional link or button to an external site; using it is your choice and is governed by that site's own terms.
The app may display ads served through Google AdMob to support free use of the app, including optional rewarded video ads you can choose to watch for extra coins.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including call connectivity, which also depends on your carrier and device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed or dropped calls.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
