Use this form to request deletion of your CallRupee account and associated data. Submitting
opens an email to our support team with your details pre-filled — send it from the phone number
or email you'd like us to verify the request against.
What gets deleted
Your account and registered phone number
Wallet balance and coin earning history
Video-watch and reward activity history
Login/session data
What's retained, and for how long
Cash withdrawal records: kept for 90 days after deletion for fraud
prevention and accounting/legal compliance, then deleted.
Call log and contacts: never stored on our servers — these stay on your
device and are unaffected by this request.
